Basketball: Abdur-Rahim a Spur in 05-06

There is a big chance that Shareef Abdur-Rahim might become a Spur during the offseason. He has been wishing to get out of Portland for a while and rumours have been on board for several months. It seems that he is no longer about the game for him, it is all about the city and the team.

It seems as if the Spurs are trying to make a dynasty out of there organization inking deals out of no where to everyone. Ginobili is locked up, Parker and Duncan are locked up, and who know about Glenn Robinson right now. He could be locked up also. But if Shareef is locked up to a contract with the Spurs, that would mean they are over the cap (if they aren't already) and would have to pay money to the league. I don't think it is about the players you have, I think it is how you use the talents that you have. That brings me back to the Lakers last season. They had everything and buit they couldn't win the Championship. You make the decision of who will win this year!
