well Marcus is at it again, he allegedly pulled a gun on 3 teens during an altercation in a mcdonalds parking lot, let's see if the virginia justice system treats him any different now that he is not a college football hero

The 21-year-old Vick was charged with three misdemeanor counts of brandishing a firearm, and was released on $10,000 bond

If convicted of all three counts, Vick could be sentenced to up to three years in jail and a $7,500 fine, police spokeswoman Lt. Debbie George said in a statement.

That CANNOT be only a misdemeanor. Pulling a gun and threatening three people with it? Man, and people think California is liberal? Roflmfao! Virginia's sex offense laws are, from what I read on the subject the other night re the 14 and 15-year-olds, pretty damn lax--giving 13 and 14-year-olds the power of consenting to sex!

And now, a notorious recidivist allegedly brandishes a firearm--which doesn't just mean taking it out by the way; it means displaying it IN A THREATENING OR MENACING MANNER--and they charge him with a MISDEMEANOR?!?!

Man, if I were a criminal, I think I would move to Virginia. I sure wouldn't move to California, where you can get a "third strike," and 25 years to life in prison, for shoplifting a pack of cigs or betting $10 on a Niners game. (And you can get the death penalty without personally having killed anyone.)

How about if everyone rags on "liberal" Virginia for awhile?....

That is horrible, a misdemeanor for threatening someones life. If I go to a McDonalds anywhere in America and pull a firearm on 3 teenagers, I'm sitting in jail 'til my trial and probably going to prison. When guys like Vick do the same thing they are out in a half hour and get community service or house confinement some bullsh*t like that.
On the other hand I really think his punishment will come in April when he goes undrafted. IMO he may be a late second day pick. If not I'm sure someone will pick him up and make him a WR, or maybe give him a shot at QB. But I doubt it.
