is there really aliens?

our plant has arround 06846896305 people. how can this plant be the only planet that has living thing out there, aliens dont have to be green and have unnormal features with glowing eyes as some people miraculose come up with, would u even believe there could be organisms out there......... and if not why there is alot out there.......
