Wow if Canada actually found and arrested a "terriorist" there has to be MANY more.

I like Canada and all but my god their intel sucks along with their entire legal system.

Not to mention there are so many uninhabited areas a terriorist would have to be a retard to be caught in Canada.

not quite as easy as getting IN the US. trust me. I have a sister that lives near a Canadian border town, and I also lived in Souther AZ, and believe me, it's a lot easier to get in the US than anywhere else.

I wouldn't say the entire Canadian legal system sucks. Nor would i say Canada's intel sucks. I'm sure they arn't quite as good as the CIA and what have you, but im sure CSIS does ok.

I think those articles are just fear-mongering. Nothing has ever been metioned to this effect publicly by any government in Canada. You can imagine the outrage that would result if this concept was introduced into our parliment. Situational Ethics is bad enough. Post some sources so that we canadians can get some pitchforks and go after them!

If Canada has all these terrorist organizations formed up and active in Canada, then why are there no terrorist attacks in Canada? At the very least there should be quite a few turf wars between these groups who must hate eachother?

Whats the point of singling out Canada when the U.S. probably has 1000x members of these groups within its own borders... or did the U.S. fly them all out the day after 9-11????

I guess there must be tons of terrorist cells in Canada, especially in big cities like Montreal and Toronto.

Yes border security is a vast problem. Unfortunetly it is impossible to cover every mile and section of at all times. So realizing that impossibility, one see the task is in vain.

The best way to protect ourselves from those who would harm us, is preventive action. Even then, it may be to much to ask for.

Yes Canada is easy to get into especially if you are a refugee. Our immigration system is one of the easiest and most exploited in the world.

Yes Most Canadians are backstabbers, I know this cause I live here. We would rather kiss the ass of 'Europeans' on the issue of idealogy when it has been hundreds of years since they did anything for this country. Actually I am wrong about that, they never did anything for this country except EXPLOIT IT!
