Baseball: Pinnella will not return next season

Is this good or bad for the rays? they are just starting to bloom with all of these ung guys, and if they get a cheaper good manager and decent pitchers, they might have a winning season...on the other hand pinnella is a great manager...and btw...i was unbanned but i cant post anything? whats that about
