I highly doub it... Sosa's had 60 how many times?? Hes barely by 550. I know he didn't hit many for the sox, but I think the 60+ made up for that. Same with McGwire, had 49 his rookie season... 70 in 1998, and has 565 or so

He came in at 18 years old. He had a few years head start on everyone. He's 28 with exactly 300. He'll get there... I'll put money on it.

Explain that for me... someone who walks 262 times and still manages to carry his team with 45 HR's? People argue that "he's on steroids, because he hit 73, and only 45 in a season since". Give him that 120 extra ab's back that got stolen from him, (IBB), and he has 70 again. Also, how is a 7-time, should be 8 (Jeff Kent),MVP overrated?
Andruw has never hit for this amount of power, though is a consisten 30 HR guy. At 19 he hit 2 HRs in his first 2 WS ab's. I don't see him reaching 600... but more around 580 or so.

I think he did steroids just because he surged into a power hitter when he was like 36.
