What is a mason. Iv been hearing alot about them...and I would like to know what it is. Can someone please tell me?

A person who lays bricks and such?

Some guy who puts on gloves, an apron and perform silly rituals in a windowless building.

It is a silly ritual to us and to unwitting observers,

but the dark side knows when they are bing called.

i would have asked this too, since my mom always says that bricklayers don't worship satan ("jesus, mother, can we have an intelligent conversation for once?!")
oh well. i'll eventually research them, when i'm done with my bush paper.

Yeah, their is way to much info on the subject to answer your question on what masonry is, you should just check it out on different web sites, gather info, read other people's commentary on the subject, and discover for yourself what the freemasons are about. It's pretty amazing and a little hard to swallow at first... or at least i thought it was. My grandfather is a 32nd degree mason, and now i know what his organization is realy about. I was pleasently suprised. He was allways a dick anyway. Now i have a good reason to hate him.
