Baseball: Ichiro beaned

the american leagues leading hitter was just hit in the head by a pitch in the top of the 3rd inning in kansas city...ichiro was on the ground for a couple of minutes and was then helped off the field, in the bottom of the inning mariner pitcher ryan franklin retaliated by knocking down a kc hitter....this follows last nights game when 2 batters from each team were hit

the latest report on ichiro is that he has a slight concussion, he is doubtful for tomorrows game and then day to day...

hopefully he is ok

that hurts my fantasy team. i hope the guy is ok man, that is wrong to hit a player like that. You should be able to have a little more control than that.

no, after teh mariners ryan franklin threw behind a batter in the bottom of the inning a warning was given to each bench and there were no further incidents...the two teams play again tonight and then the weekend of the 28th in seattle

this guy could have a lot of batters being hit
