To hear a young black male use that word doesn't and shouldn't make me jealous because I can't use it. It makes me concerned for the future of the
nation this person will one day play a role in governing. Its a lack of education and self worth and it needs to be addressed through better and more
focused education programs. Its not cool by any means for any race. It was and still is a derogatory term and the fact that a person may be black in
today's world does not excuse such dissrespect for those who saw a hellish life and were branded with it. Heritage and respect for heritage are 2
different things. I will never accept it as even allowable sland from any race. There is no excuse nor any reason for it to be tolerated. Someone
mentioned before that elderly black people are repulsed by their children's process of trying to make it an endearing term. I agree with them. How
quickly they are to dismiss or forget the things their ancestors endured.
