Jurors recommend death penalty for convicted D.C.-area sniper John Allen Muhammad for October 2002 killing of Dean Harold Meyers.

They should auction off the places in the firing squad on ebay. Sure it would fetch a good price. Maybe they could give the money to the victims families or to charity.

Yeah I have to agree, he idolized this malmo guy. I thought for awhile there the old guy would blame it all on the kid and the kid would get an easy deal and everyone would laugh but somehow that all came apart. All the better for the sake of justice.

so let me get this stright. you WANT him to get life in prison 20 he can
1. cost the tax payers even more money
2.get 3 meals a day
3. get a bed
4.place to work out and excersise
5.watch t.v and listen to a radio

he will be living for free there is no punishment here
not for the crime he has commited. i belive that the death penalty should be employed more often kidnapping and all sex crimes should get the deathpenalty

My uncle always told me that his reitrement plan was to rob a bank and go to jail. Free food,hell prisoners are treated kindly in jail despite the fact that they commited crimes. The sniper deserves death and I am releaved that he gets it. Cause in 25 years some loon was going to try to get Muhamed out on parole. Even if he got life w/o parole he'd be living a fine life. That man killed innocents and was behind the murder of innocents. What if your father was shot by him? Justice over mercy. Let the killers feel what they did to innocents.
