Which Star Trek do you like the best?

Personally I love Next Generation.

Well I like "Enterprise", "Voyager", and "Deep Space 9". They are all good.

Next Gen. of course!

Episode: Season finale where they meet at past-present-future causing a paradox. Captain has to figure out life from genetic soup stage to far into the future with Q as some-bit-of-a guide.

If I'm honest. It's whichever one 7of9 is in. I also love the originals.

That would be Voyager.

I like the next generation best, then voyageur. I have never really gotten into Deep Space 9 or Enterprise. And the originals are ok.

I like Deep Space Nine the best.

Though I have to say, this new Captain Archer is pretty ruthless. He put a guy in an airlock and lowered the pressure to torture information out of him. Like Archer, he's not a wimpy Prime-Directive following captain like Picard.

Voyager. Pretty much for one "particular" person.

Next generation was my favorite. I refused to watch it at first because I liked the original

I used to LOVE the original, but I watch it now and I'm like: Oh no Space Lincoln! Arrrgh, Cornocopia attack!

And the "acting"...WOW. But I have to give mad props to Roddenberry for the Mythos. It's one of the few futuristic visions where we're not just in a dream, slaves to robots, post-apocolyptic cave men or under the watchful eye of Big Brother...

In fact, SOCIALISM WINS after WWIII and sets up Federation HQ in the land of tree huggers, SAN FRANCISCO!!! It's a utopian dream for lefties: A morally bound military led by diplomats, for the protection of Scientists and Artist (Is there even a 5th occupation???)

Okay, wise ass Doctor.

Next Gen was the best though IMO...but takes the belittlement of "primitives" that still worship a God too far sometimes. Best enemy award = BORG. But Waxona Troi and Wesley Crusher should DIE, DIE, DIE!!! (Ever notice the main Ferengi, was Buffy's principle at Sunnydale High? Frasier was a time trapped Captian from 500 years earlier? The interim Doctor died on LA Law from an elevator crash? --- I haven't found anyone from Benson!!!)

Deep Space 9, had an awesome story line premise they quickly abondoned for the 'soap opera' route. (Ever notice that shapeshifter was on Benson?)

Voyager had it's ups and downs. By ups, I mean Seven. (Ever notice that hairball cook was on Benson?) And Tuvok was a bad guy on Next Gen.

And Enterprise could be SOOO good, but they want to rewrite history too much. Come on, AT LEAST be as Alien racist and bigoted as Kirk! And bring on the damn Klingon wars. Crimony. Is that Vulcan chick even alive? zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I love both old and new but not the DS9, voyager, enterprise blahhh!

The origninal episodes have woven into our culture a lot and if you havn't seen them, you won't get the GREAT inside jokes writers put in thier tv shows like The Simpsons, Family Guy, Futurama, ect. I am no hyper trekie nerd, but i do enjoy the shows.

As far as which is better TNG or the Orininals. The originals win because they were ORIGINAL. A lot of episodes were copied by TNG. Aslo, the old school movies were FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR better than the TNG stink-fests.

"KHANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!" lol You have to watch the original episode to get that movie's premise.

There is no better than Captain Kirk the whole Scotty and Spock and Bones thing is inimitable,just awesome.

Also have very fond memories of Star Trek as a kid,never get sick of the re-runs either.

And surely they must have found a cure for baldness in the time period of The Next generation....
So whats with Picard.....

I must admit Sisco does have some substance to him,I like ENTERPRISE mainly for T'Pol (Jks) But Archer just screams Quantam leap everytime I look at him.
VOYAGER is ok I guess but after all the freaking trouble with that bloody HOLODECK surely they would have made it off limits or closed it down.... ha ha
