in kindergarten I was tought ....

if hit, then hit back, if bitten then bite back...

Just kidding,

this is excellent information and after reading through it, I feel as though I've learned a few things about myself and the way other might see me.

Good topic, good post

I made a post yesterday and what a mess it turned out to be... instead of replying intelligently to what i said and it turned out to be a flame out except for a few individuals who cleared the air... what theese others did was to systematicaly take apart certain excerpts of what i posted and ridicule them instead of trying to come up with a logical argument... Seeker of ... sir i will tell you one thing about theese people is that they are feeding there egos... and that is really the only thing that makes them satisfied.. that is why it is so hard for them to have rational etiquette as a standard to go by...
my self i never take the time to post a part of there quote and shred it to pieces ...even though i could... it only gos to show at what level they are operating at...
ive also noted that some of there handles are just and extension of there egos and the handle it self denotes how they would like to bash those who they consider some how lower on the evolutionary or intelligent level than they consider themselves to be.... youll also notice when theese people post something new themselves they are the first to flame off if some one politely disagrees,or comes up with a logical what about?
i would suggest a polite warning to those who feel flaming is there only recourse to there overly sensitive egos

Well said smirkley!!

I think it's tribute to all concerned that in a board such as this, with our extensive - and diverse - virtual community, we *all* cooperate and respect - for the most part - each others point of view.

And, I guess, in an increasingly (perceived to be) "hostile" world, that is a good thing? For if we can collaborate effectively - and "peacefully" - "on line" then, surely, we prove that there is very little difference between us as individuals - and help stabilise situations in the "real" world too??

Yes, one word : Guest.

We are all guests, and for those who are not house-broken,
that means dont poop on the carpet and wipe ur azz
on the curtains.
Got it ?

Sorry Seekerof, I just thought you were too polite about it.
