It would be a solid as long as it was accelerating and during rapid deceleration. It would transform back to liquid when traveling at a constant rate and probably fly apart mid air. Who knows, would be a cool experiment.

War and violence is a part of life... Whether you like it or not, this is how it is. War and violence have been a part of earths history since the very begining...

You are out of line for coming in here and insulting everyone. Example: I think that anyone that believes in alien abductions and channeling beings are insane in the strongest sense of the word.

Knowing that I feel this way, I stay out of those sections of ATS...Why?? Because I have nothing to add other than insults....

It is funny that you point out that ATS is supposed to be for "Intellectual and personal visions" (I am not going to point out how insane that grouping of words is...wait ...I just did!) Then you come into the WEAPONRY forum and insult anyone that doesn't share your hatred of anything war/violence.... Nothing about that is Intelligent or visionary..

Can I have an example of intellectual vision?

I have givin this some thought. Im no scientist but im 99 percent sure a purely water based ice bullet would not work. A weapon i invision similar to to this would maybe have a C02 or "dry" ice bullet with maybe a water cored center. Not sure if that would even be needed since Dry ice is almost twice the weight of regular ice. Ive played with Dry ice alot and when it contacts metal IE. a warm gun barel it creates a pocket of gas between the Dry ice and the metal. It is almost completely frictionless as it appears to float on the surface. Of course the bullet would shrink as it flys through the air but would be worth playing with. Would require a Liquid Nitrogen cooled clip.
