I put the link first just in case some of you haven't read the comments...I didn't get to listen to the tracks, but I read the lyrics. I think it's pretty bad. He apologized and the guys that brought the story out, Zno and Dave Mays, have had a long time beef with Em. So, it may be Em being a young dumb jilted lover--still--to use the N-word and say that all black women are after money is pretty racist.

This type of thing can never even be entertained. So, he should come out and publicly address the situation before it goes any further, because black folk aren't too forgiving of this type of thing specially from someone they openly accepted into their culture.

It's been a hard long road for white rap this could drag it backward. Before the excuse to forgive him instantly start...I would like to say that he hasn't asked to be forgiven and he won't be until he does.

You can read the lyrics here.

I believe that Chuck D, KRS1, and a few other folk have dismissed this. No word from Fifty or Dre. Stay tuned though cause it's getting uglier. Benzino has been waiting for this moment. He's not going to let this die.

What has em said that any other gangsta rapper hasnt?

If you looked through NWAs lyrics, Pacs, Bigs, Snoops, any major rapper and you would see that Ems are wimpy compared to theirs. And Marshall killed Ray in his diss, so Benzino has sh*t to say.

Shadeofgray: other rappers aren't pointing out the race of a woman. not that i defend any of them they all have to answer for their misogyny just like Em should answer for his racist statements. many of the folk you have accused have answered to the black community in more ways than one. and I'm not going to even get into his use of the N-word because that's just unacceptable across the board. i don't care what he meant.

and, you have to see those comments as prejudice if not racist, and if you don't that doesn't change the fact that they are.

Ok. Who's Benzino ???

Anyway, we had the same problem in Europe with a french rapper ( Joey Starr ). But this time, the racist was black and was speaking against the white. I wonder why the European medias kept their mouth shutted.
