Against what? Animal testing
What for?
www.shac.net read it ALL there.
Animal testing is animal cruelty, Science has gone a step too far. And a new primate experiment lab has just opened thanks to John Prescot.
How can you stop it? You cant stop it on your own, but you can do your bit.

You can contact these main animal testing labs and providers

think globally, act locally.

im not going to try and turn this into a debate, but i will enter that i believe you people are WRONG. however, in spite of this i also warn you be careful, especially with the patriot act running free. any action taken could be seen as "terrorism". "i may not agree with what you have to say, but i will fight for your right to say it."

Maybe that should be a BIG CLUE right off the get go that they're going about making, which ever product it may be, in the wrong way! But I guess the important thing is that the essential stuff like Makeup, Styling Products, etc. will be there to feed the ever important Ego of Humanity. After all what's wrong with torturing and killing thousands and thousands of innocent living creatures year after year as long as it's for great causes like keeping the Human Race in touch with their Vanity.

All that B.S. about being compassionate toward living things isn't really all that important anyway. I'm going to go spray paint my dogs and hook my car battery up to my rabbit right now as a matter of fact. I'll get back to everyone with the results after I find out how much they could handle before death.

ok. heres a quick for instance. asprin is well accepted as a pain reliever, and can save your life during a heart attack. but without animal testing, we would never have known the lethal/general dose for asprin. some human would have to die to find out. lesser of two evils perhaps, but some things must be done.

I have a idea why don't we test on humans instead of animals.

Not on everyone, but on the ones in prison or deathrow.

Why animal tested products can kill humans

New Drug-Deadly for cats-Fine for dogs- Does that make it safe for Humans aswell?

If nobody acts, then how can we expect this madness to stop? persuade your friends to boycott animal tested products. (Basicly all perfume is tested on Animals) Avoid Companies like Loreal. If you want body products go to the body shop with is totally environment and animal freindly.

now this....i like

a change, from the "i wont take any responsibility to what you do, but do it anyway coz u can" attitude monk

i am agressive on these matters,(sorry...just the sum of having witnessed animal testing in a lab in moscow....not a pretty sight)
monk, this is a "tread wary of the people you're criticizing" topic, i would suggest keeping close to the "dont buy from companies' that are involved in this"
a supportive

Animal testing I can see as necessary in some cases; despite my own love of animals. However, conditional cruelty I agree is terrible and wrong. Although most animals DO lack the cerebrum to even afford them close to our level of sentience. It isn't like they sit in comfortable chairs and eat with cutlery. They aren't obsessed with a lifestyle as to have a loss as to comfort like we would. I am just playing the advocate as I LOVE my animals.
