Not like he could really hide anywhere anyway, except for maybe a wax museum or morgue. You could spot the guy in a crowd of a million people in like 2 seconds. Plastic surgery would also be out for him for the simple fact that if they shaved off any more of his skull it would just be facial skin resting on his spine. He'd look like a Micheal Myers mask hanging off a broom handle!
