I open this thread for people who wants to know more about the french 'gastronomy', cook, tips on wine and cheese...etc...

I'm not Paul bocuse, so I cant give you the recipe to make the Duck with oranges but if I can help...

First I'll give a tip to make great steaks, in a frenchie style. It's called le beurre maitre d'hotel. It's a flavoured butter that you can put on many kind of red ham and vegetables. You can also cook mushrooms with it, it's "formidable". It's used in the preparation of the snails also.

Simply take some butter, parsil and garlic. Mix it. put it on your the steak when serving, or on vegetables, like butter.
