Democracy in russia....a joke?

should the West stop pretending that russia is a free democracy?
any suggestions on "the liberal democracy"/Put!n !n Power?
(just thought i'd share the limelight....the U.S seems to be everything to worry about, why not look at the U.S.S.R then?

no i dont have a clue on who to appoint....the man does a good job, it's just, he seems to have a habit of silencing the opposition? for good
annoyingly, yes, few know what occurs in russia, they're too obscure, keep in the shadows all the time.
as for the U.S....well u know!!

I was listening to Christian radio today. Someone was talking about how crappy the stores were. He took a Christian in a store to buy something a tape recorder to listen to Chritian tapes for his Christian commie friends.

WHen he got back found one Tape Recorder was broke with a missing warranty card. Said they didnt have any Japanese or German tape Players. They tried to return the tape player to the store and of course no refund.

If your a Catholic priest you have to register with the government. Which makes me think Communism could come back tommorow and they would shoot all the Catholic Priests.

you immediately jumped to the conclusion that communism was still in progress in russa, no it isn;t, far from it, it's just a pwer-hungry democratic who cannot/will not be replaced.

yup, but im in the ukraine.
moscow is by far the most expensive, every1's aiming for the top which is really dumb since it'll be every1's failiure at stake.

i'm kinda glad i'm here in the ukraine, a dollar is worth 5 grivnaz, therefore you can do a whole family's shopping(a cart-full of goodies' for around 100-120G)
life's cheap, especially when u get ur income from else-where(bad idea to get a job here...work in moscow & buy ur stuff eg: food etc... supplies from here
every1 does that, same thing goes' for east/west germany, take all money to east germany, buy lodzastuff, take it back to the west & live like a king.
for info's sake, can ANYONE comment on this topic, i need to write an essay on this and cant believe there's no1 in this massive member count who hasnt got anything to contribute
