Massachusett's Gay Marriage Ban overturned

Massachusetts� highest court ruled Tuesday that same-sex couples are legally entitled to wed under the state constitution, but stopped short of allowing marriage licenses to be issued to the couples who challenged the law. The Supreme Judicial Court�s 4-3 ruling ordered the Legislature to come up with a solution within 180 days.

Good for them. Our country is beginning to change and evolve to accept new people. It happened with women in the 20's, blacks in the 60's and now gays in 00's. Hopefully this will lead to more tolerance and acceptance of them.

I hope it stands in Mass, and more states follow.

Homosexual=Both Adults Choose Individually to Agree.
Paedophile=One Adult Chooses to Agree and Forces Child to Comply.
Zoophile=One Adult Chooses to Agree and Forces the "Other" to Comply.

This is why. These are the limits. These have been the limits always and until Everyone decided to Rule the Social Lives and/or Personal Lives of others this issue wasn't a problem. Now Homosexuals and Homophobics argue about an issue that wasn't an issue before, but it is now because of Loss of Privacy, Loss of Mutual Respect for Others and Increase of Facism.
