EXCELLENT NEWS!
The wind farm off the coast of Cape Cod WILL happen. It is the first off shore wind farm in America. Ted Kennedy tried to block the wind farm. He wasn't happy that it was going to be placed in waters where 'upscale boats' - including Kennedy boats - liked to be.
The Wind Farm WILL HAPPEN. This is excllent news!
