Anyone hear of a group calling themselves HAO?

I've heard about it, but i don't know much. It's calld hao after the chinese word that means "good" They are led by someone(don't know if it's a guy or a girl) who goes by The Big. Every member gets names like this, I've heard of a few: The Shadow, The Silence, The Sun, and The Strike. Their motto is "we are the messangers, we are the punishers, we are the good"
anyone know anything about this group?

where do they supposedly reside? Are they a criminal gang? Or a vigilanty gang?
