Class three weapons. You will have to find a class three dealer and be citizen to own one. You will have to do an FBI background check and get permission from your local county sheriff and pay a $200 transfer tax plus the price of the weapon. I dont know if a Texas sheriff would give someone who has a funny accent permission to buy one or not.

Hopefully I won't be shot for actually discussing the topic, but in regards to the colonists, there are many stories of light-skinned Indians in that area and farther south. In fact, there is an entire race of semi-Indians from the Appalacians that are supposed to have been of Portuguese origin. At the moment I can't think of their name but it begins with an M.

As well, the Cherokees had a legend about the blond-haired blue-eyed Azgen, who they fought a war with and then banished to the upper Missouri River. Some historians have speculated that the Azgen might have been the lost Roanoke colonists, though I suspect that they were the Welsh colonists led by Prince Madoc in 1170 AD.

It's difficult to prove that they intermingled with local tribes because, first off, they would have been discovered unless they were in hiding. As well, there were many light-skinned tribes who seemed anomalous, who have been hypothesized to have been of Norse, Welsh, Celtic, Phoenician, Jewish, Iberian, or Roman origin.

At any rate, it's very (and sadly) possible that all the Roanoke colonists were taken away and then killed.
