DoD Posts Counterinsurgency War-Fighting Manual On Web

In a brilliant move, the US government has released an official Counterinsurgency Manual on to the Internet. Now you, and everyone else, including Al Qaeda, and insurgents, can read the manual and discover what the armed forces are up to.

This 282 page manual was intended to turn the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, and will now be somewhat useless as once the enemy knows your plans they become far less effective.
