Asking for your thoughts & prayers

Hello ATSers,

I realize this may be unorthodox, but we can use all the positive energy possible at this time.

I ask everyone to say a prayer or offer a positive thought today as my baby son undergoes an MRI. I won't go into details other than mom & dad, of course, are worried and praying hard as well.

May your prayers to us be returned twicefold.

All the very best, we hope everything turns out well. As a recent father with a son who had some medical issues, I can empathise with how you feel. Helpless in a word. But, on the positive side, things turned out ok for my son, I hope the same is true for you.

While I don't think we've ever encountered one another on the boards I wanted to stop by in this thread and wish you and your family the best.

I'm praying for good results in the MRI and that you and your family have the strength to be there for one another.

I wish for and hope for your son to have a good outcome. Medical science is capable of doing wonderful things today we had no possibility of doing just a decade or two ago. My strongest positive thoughts go with you.

Praying all goes well for you guys. Make sure you let us know how things go. My son is having surgery tomorrow (12/14), and I have to go to the hospital and be there by myself during the ordeal, that means I'll have a lot of time dwell on it, I hate that... no diversions to occupy my thoughts!Pray for us too.

I offer my sincerest prayers and wishes that he become a fully healthy baby. I'd offer magic, but I don't really have enough info to go on, nor do I really have the right to meddle in the affairs of life and death. I truly hope, however, that your son will be healthy, happy, and loved, for many many decades to come.
