Hey DC...another good ramble!

Malls huh? Well I suppose I can brag that all my shopping is done
so I have no more mall visits required until Boxing Day

I don't drive so I never have to worry about parking, but the malls do get crazy busy. The prices also seem to climb in the months leading up to the holiday too...just in time to drop down to "only" a 350% markup for those holiday sales LMAO.

Not sure about the music you posted though...I love the acoustic guitars but the vocals...were a bit...Tom Wait-ish I guess...

Personally I've been cranking up the volume on the radio lately all the christmas tunes ... "tis the season to carol

Thanks you for the kind words too about my BG Vox gig...the consesus seems to be "it's good even though it's country-ish" so I'm glad it's been enjoyed and thanks for listening.

Paying it forward is a favorite of mine. I prefer to call it year round karmic balance however...during the holidays though I'm not really more generous than usual, but there have been occasions this year where I have been, only because for once I could afford to toss around some extras.

I think I posted on Chissler's Pay it Forward thread too...can't recall.

Oh and it looks like your time may be up buddy-boy...Gemmy's gonna getcha...BUAHAHAHAHA.

Watch for it

Great PODcast as always DC.

Hi DCFusion,

Just listen to and enjoyed your podcast...

I liked the 2nd song very much (Blood Red Roses)

I've been a fan of "Paying it Forward" myself and so enjoyed your recant and
also the thread mentioning, (which I will visit after this post)..

Nice job!

Johnny

Great PODcast! I'm so glad you were successful getting your PODcast up. I saw your post about it and wanted to help but I had no clue...

You have a very interesting voice. Is that a DC accent?

I really liked that 2nd song.

Paying it forward: I read a guy called Anthony De Mello (I highly recommend his books!) but he says that the best way to give is without acknowledgement. Don't let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. Of course a lot of people have said that. And ultimately, even if we give without expecting anything, the reward is the feeling we have in the giving. What a great feeling!

Christmas shopping... Sigh... The time of year when my hairs starts falling out. I'm famous for buying the best gifts, but this year, as with you I have no idea what to buy my loved ones. The biggest problem is every year I out-do myself compared to the previous year... And last year I've set the bar too high to come by this year...

Blood Red Roses reminded me of Nick Cave. Not so much the voice... Maybe the title? I don't know.

Paying it forward... Yeah. I try to be a better person, but sometimes Karma gets on my nerves with some people...

Anyway, nice to here a less formal PODCast for a change. I didn't have to concentrate so hard because it wasn't one of those educational ones...

Edit: Clarity

Thanks for the comments everyone!

JG – Yeah, I knew Gem would find something. I put up a good fight though!

Johnny – I’m a big fan of paying if forward as well. Glad you found the mention of Chissler’s thread helpful!

Benevolent – My accent is a combination of German, Northern and Southern accents. My mother is German, My dad is from Massachusetts and even though I was born in Massachusetts, my family moved to the south when I was about ten. So yep, I have an unusual accent.

Gem – Yep, a lot more ‘less formal’ PODCasts coming. I enjoy doing these more than the ATS:X PODCasts, and since October 15, there have only been 5 ATS:X PODCasts, and each of ‘em are mine! So I’ll be taking a break and doing many more BTS PODCasts!!!
