Russia hopes to join US lunar exploration, if the US pays for it...

Okay, so, it is nice and all that Russia wants to join in on exploring the moon (of course they would want some of those resources too), but Russia wants the US to flip the bill. This makes sense how?

So, let me get this straight..

They engage in arms deals with Iran and North Korea, veto sanctions, and go back to their communist ways..then they have the nerve to pull this out of their ass?

yer rite..... lets pay their way while they then spend the saved money on weapons for their own defence or attack........

we should cut Russia off, just look at the recent spy scandal if it was Russia then i wonder what we the UK are going to do about that.........

Unless Russia will be providing serious scientific help that the US desperately needs, leave them here.

If Russia does not like it, they can spend the money and go there themselves...if they can.
