Government is using cellphones to monitor, track, listen to suspects

Basically cell phones can not only be used to follow you around the planet, pin point your location and reveal your conversations, they can now be used as a bugging device.

By downloading remote software to a cell phone the governement were able to tap into this mafia's room conversations. If this can be used on one person it can be used on others. It's a way to track and monitor and keep an eye on people.

If this is the wrong category can someone suggest a better one and I will get this moved. Thanks.
