That doesn't include making fun of pictures of retarded humans -- that has no place on this thread or any other ATS thread IMO.

Well Said, and you said it before I had the chance to post it too

I'm glad that I was not the only one to think this.

all the best,

NeoN HaZe.

That picture of a "retarded person" looks like a computer generated image to me. A screen shot from a game perhaps.

That being said, this thread is way off topic. Please stay on topic.

Oh, I'd say that since he's a convicted child molester he is an "animal" (both figuratively and literally), and thus "fair game".

Besides, the pic was posted in response to someone asking about the ugliest homo-sapien and, weather or not you like to admit it, homo-sapiens are in fact animals (we're just "smarter than your average bear"
).

Furthermore, anyone so concerned about being "politically correct" (when it comes to those who are physically and/or mentally challenged) has absolutely NO business using a term like "retarded" without coming across like a complete hypocrite.

As to your complaining about being "on topic", what's this doing here?

A flexible melange of heavy duty attack and figher vehicles need to co-oordinate attacks with central command to a ruthless force keeping all enemy fire in the target zone. No special rules of engagement, just attack the enemy at will as soon as you are in position.

Nope, you can find a link to his Ohio Sex Offender Registry page in my prior post.

@Neon Haze
Ooooo an Aye-aye. Nice find, and quite ugly.

I'd like to submit the Almiqui into the runnings; although, it's hard for anything to compete with good ol' Sam on page 1.

R.I.P. Sammy boy

I cringe every time I see that picture of the child molester.

Not so much because of his overall appearance, but the fact that he would be a good depiction of 'that which is evil'.

Back on topic, sort of.

The ugliest dog pic, what would cause all the toe-nails/paw nails to go up the side of his leg like that.

I can't remember ever seeing that on any breed of dog before.

Just an additional defect?

Sheesh.. I wouldn,t have slept in the same city as it.

Agent T is right, Sam the Uglius Caninus Makesyoubarflotsus. I had nightmares over that thing the first time I saw it. Personally I think the artists who do Resident Evil should use this dog as a starting point

Wow. Those are some interesting pictures. I have been gone for couple months and wow. The monkey isn't ugly, its just how its genes created it over generations.

Sorry to take this off-topic again, but Brian Peppers is not a child molester

Thanks for posting that sonicology - off-topic or not, we always welcome a chance to see the facts set straight.

On topic: The monkey in the original post is not ugly, as far as I'm concerned - I think they're beautiful (in a strange sort of way). They're quite regal, actually. That shot with the family together really makes me smile every time I see it.

The molerat, on the other hand, is not beautiful in any sort of way, strange or otherwhise.

: shudder :

In response, your ytmnd link fails to address a key point in his Lucas County Sex Offender registry page.

Source

Comments: Sexually Oriented Offender, victim: Child Female.

Apparently, whoever made the "flash" for Brian has confused his "Nurse" with a "female child".

While the animation is a touching Appeal to Pity, it fails to properly address the facts as presented by the Lucas County Sheriff's dept.

Why was he not charged accordingly then, if the victim was a child?

www.snopes.com...

He was charged with gross sexual imposition - there's no hint of the victim being underage. If the victim was underage, he could have been charged with any number of other crimes - do you suppose he plead out?

Quite possible. According to his court proceedings...

9/24/1998 11 Title : NOT GUILTY PLEA ENTERED PARTY : D1 - PEPPERS BRIAN J

11/10/1998 3 Title : PREVIOUS PLEA CHANGED PLEA OF NOT GUILTY WITHDRAWN PARTY : D1 - PEPPERS BRIAN J

11/10/1998 4 Title : NC V. ALFORD PLEA ENTERED TO THE INDICTMENT COUNT ONE; ATT. G S I 2923.02 & 2907.05 (A)(4) FOURTH DEGREE FELONY COUNT TWO. ATT. G S I 2923.02 & 2907.05 (A)(4) FOURTH DEGREE FELONY PARTY : D1 - PEPPERS BRIAN J

Also of note, the animation neglects to mention that the Nursing home address is his current address. His address, as listed in the court proceedings, was an apartment at..

5020 RYAN RD
APT A112
TOLEDO , OH 43614.

In its appeal to pity; the flash seems to imply that he was charged for "groping a nurse" in a nursing home that he wasn't even living in at the time of the occurance.

Good points all.

The residence could be outdated of course, or the Ohio Sex Offender registry could have a data entry error (or the nurse could have been underage). I was in a nursing home, doing community service before I reached the legal age of consent, so that's something to consider.

Anyway, a topic for another thread at this point, I think we've derailed this one enough.
