Biological Warfare - The real terrorist threat

Americans and anyone in the world for that matter who think they are safe are living in a complete illusion.

Yeah its getting harder all the time for people to smuggle weapons and bombs into America but if real terrorists really wanted to kill mass amounts of American people they could do so with relative ease.

All they would need to do is manufacture a highly contageous disease and unleash it on the American people. I really hope to god theres no people sick enough to do this but unfortunately we all know there are.

Would be fairly easy to spread it too. A highly contagious disease could be given to certain animals which are known to move from place to place alot and from there on we have a biological holocaust.

What im getting at is there are no victors in the war on terrorism. Only victims. America is just as vulnerable as any place on earth and if they keep up this war on terror bull# some real terrorists might just teach them the true meaning of terrorism.

Imagine an American victim of a biological weapon comes to travel back to the Middle East, o boy thats going to be bad for the Islamic terrorists. Biological weapons are unpredictable and could affect the whole world instead of just the intended target. Maybe thats why America supported globalization, so to deter terrorists from using it cause it could come back to haunt them. Very good conspiracy.

I think its about time we all kissed and made up. This "war" is clearly only making things worse. Bush did a good job of convincing the people that they made Iraq a safer place but we can all see things in Iraq are only going from bad to earth.

Bush made a change in Iraq alright. He transformed Iraq into hell on earth.

True it could and most likely would affect the whole world but the target country would get the worst of it and most likely be the one to collapse because of it.

The kind of people that would do this wouldnt think twice about the risks of it coming close to home. Theyd be more that willing to take that risk to see the damage it would cause to their enemy.

Also if that were to happen every American attempting to enter another country would be quarantined. Its a crazy thought but it is possible that America would be one of the only places to be affected.

Once it hit the news every country on earth would stop Americans from entering their country. Then again there would always be contaminated Americans slipping into other countries and spreading the disease.

All in all it would be a lose lose situation.

As I say its unpredictable, you can never be sure. The question and debate is the U.S. response in dealing with this situation. We have some measures in dealing with possible biological weapon scenario. And not to mention that not every country has facilities or agencies to deal with such threat, so if an American citizen went to a region lets say the Middle East, those countries are not able to stop it, and in reality it could cause more harm to those countries than compare to the U.S.

Mexico and Canada would have no hope of escaping. I doubt Islamic extremists would lose any sleep over it though.

Well considering that Russian Spy that just got poisoned by that radiation it's quite obvious that bi0/chem warfare could create havoc in an area in just a matter of week's.Who ever it was had only 1 or 2 target's and that radioactive poison spread in alot of place's,although it's relatively harmless but just show's an example of what is possible and how easy it is to spread it.

The US or UK responce to such an attack would be Bio, Chem or Nukes, in kind and you think we wouldnt nuke a middle east country i think you need to think again as we would HAVE to send a responce in kind and a message not to mess with the best.

Also i personaly think if such an attack happened and lots people died etc etc, we would nuke the middle east terror support countrys in responce for this situatiuon as they would be blamed for such an attack being able to be happened, i think low yield nukes as to keep radiation down maybe those fusion bpmbs they had during cold war that were armed and ready to desimate an Russian attack against NATO through Germany, that would nuke area and be ok for our troops to go into about 24hr later.


You have to think REAL WORLD in our responce, as in we wouldnt just go and say oh well we better not use our WMD against them as it might hurt inocent people also we would be the ones retaliating and not doing a sneak puss attack, im sure our subs would be launching quite few nukes towards middle east and even N.Korea, in fact all hell might break loose.


options are for responces

1)we nuke, bio, chem them back to stone age.
2)we bomb them with normal weapons and bombs and we dont stop bombing them till nothing left standing.
3)we do nothing?
4)we unleesh a new WMD against them and show them just how advance we really are.
5)if not attack a country we sure will take out all support infrastrutures ie countrys, and other supporters, then we would in war against terror use bio, chem and mini nukes against terrorist hide outs, shelters, the war would change and it would change in our favo big time as soon as we deploy bio, chem weps against them but this wont happen unless they attack first with the said weapons.
