Bizarre Article about a seal, found miles inland.

The only logical explanation is it was reared as a cub and dumped, how else was this seal found 4 miles inland, with no drag marks underneath to show he got there himself.

Animal experts in Lancashire admit they are baffled after a seal pup was found in a country lane miles from the sea.

He said: "It's a mystery how it turned up in the middle of nowhere.

"It was about a mile from the River Lune and four miles from the sea."

Officials say there are no grazes on the seal to suggest it had crawled from the river and it is unlikely it was removed from the sea by pranksters.

Unless it was abducted by alien's and dropped back to earth 4 miles off course?
