U.S. helicopter crashes in Iraq
BAGHDAD, Iraq, Nov. 15 � A U.S. Army helicopter crashed in northern Iraq on Saturday, the military said. There was no word on the cause of the crash or possible casualties. Word of the crash came hours after a roadside bomb killed a U.S. soldier, making him the 400th American serviceman to die in Iraq since hostilities began March 20.
�A QUICK REACTION force is securing area,� said a military spokesman who spoke on condition of anonymity. The spokesman did not know the type of helicopter that went down.
