It looks to me like it’s a RAR archived download, I guess that I will have to wait until someone else figures out if it contains a virus before I am going to see it.

Only 30 seconds long in this day and age that could be graphics you get these relly smart people who no how to do stuff like that i saw a tv show on who people can do it LATERRRRRRRRR.

Seen one of those before, only last time it was a baby with some kind of radiation sickness, or disease. Can't remember exactly.
But im pretty sure this is what this is too.
