Darpa's Orbital Express. Robotic and ground controlled Space weapon and/or Sat. orbital maintence.

Sorry if this was covered before. But I did a search here on ATS for Orbital Express and only one reference showed and was one post long. Anyways Darpa/USAF/Nasa are wanting these mauverable and tasked Robot Sat's on a working basis in orbits too repair ,refuel,maintain things in orbital control however the Darpa article linked claims other uses(Military/covert overtones) as well. Like a controllable R2D2(Astro vehicle) of sorts able to be on station for a unclear amount of time. The Darpa, Phantom Works and other links below are a good read on the future of Space weapons being here soon if not allready(See my recent Dyna Soar X-20 thread).
