It does not sound at all like this kind of behaviour results from clinical sleep paralysis and I fail to see how so many people come here to just post in threads like this and so confidently assert this.

Sleep paralysis is common, besides it was merely a suggestion because of the lack of information on the original post. If he would of said something about moving, I would of not said anything about sleep paralysis. If I confidently asserted this, I would of went with the word choice, "It's sleep paralysis, i'm sure." My "accusations" would of been a little bit more direct.

It is as if they have never read a page in their lives about alien abduction and have no such interest in ever doing so. I've had paralysis and it did not cause we to come out of it screaming?

I've actually read alot, seen alot, watched alot, heard alot. And i hope you mean sleep paralysis and not paralysis, they're two different things. Paralysis, is the total loss of muscle function for one or more groups of muscle, or caused by spinal cord injury.

I am not sure either way, but loss of time is an indicator.
I had an OBE that felt like 5 minutes but I lost 4 hours...

I dont recall anything except loss of time.

Oh my god you've just reminded me of something important. Thankyou.

Every time these dreams happen, for which I can never remember any details, I wake up feeling unslept, and the first thing I notice (I instinctively look at the clock if I wake up) is the minute change on my digital clock. Every time I wake up and look at the clock after that I notice the minute change - when you think about this the only way that's likely is if time is going fast, since I only ever have my eyes open for maybe a few seconds, but never enough to watch a whole minute go by. By the time it's time to get up it feels like I've been in bed about 10 minutes, but it's actually been some 2 to 4 hours.

This is another indication that you should get checked for sleep apnea.

That and the fact that you remember your dreams frequently. If you wake up from any other stage of sleep folks normally forget their dreams, remembering them too often means they woke from REM sleep due to an apnea issue.

But that's just the thing... lately I'm not remembering these dreams. All my life I've remembered the majority of my dreams. Sometimes I'd forget them a while after getting up because they were too uninteresting to make a note of, but those that were interesting, I'd "go over" them in my head, I'd basically replay the dream, which I have found cements the dream in my memory.

But that's by the by. This whole thing has suddenly gotten a whole lot bigger than me over night. I decided to reopen an investigation that I started working on after the incident involving the security light. I didn't say anything about this before because I was unsure of the stability or security of the information, but the person who installed the security light is quite mysterious.

He moved out just days after installing it - what I thought was a closed investigation suddenly turned interesting again so I carried on and found out that his name was fake - not only that, but I got a friend in the police force to run a check on his license plate, only to discover that to be a fake too. So was his job - his place of work doesn't exist.

I hit a brick wall, I had no way of finding out who he was, I figured he was probably some paranoid freak, which I assumed was why he put the powerful security light on his house. I closed the case and filed it with all my other documents - basically forgot about it.

I pulled out the case file today after I was contacted, seemingly out of the blue, by someone who claimed to be an "insider". It turns out that when I ran a check on his name and license plate I caused quite a stir in the intelligence community... they wanted to know who wanted to know. I was about to ask why he was contacting me now and why not then, when I suddenly remembered that the day before I'd asked my friend in the police on a hunch to run a check on a name found on an envelope that arrived at my next door neighbours house. I saw the envelope in his house when I went over there to see his new computer, and asked him who it was. According to him, the landlord said that it was the previous occupant. But here's the interesting part - it wasn't the same as the fake name that he gave me. I'd recieved the phone call from this contact before I'd recieved any information from my police source - but I didn't tell him this, because I didn't want anyone to know that they still had a chance to interecept the information.

I am given to understand that this is his REAL name, judging by the amount of fuss it caused. I've spent the last day or so chasing up leads and come up with something interesting. The first person I went to was the landlord - she told me that "they" paid in cash. When I asked her who "they" were, she told me that two men wearing plain suits approached her, specifically demanding that she evict the tenant occupying that house, offering large sums to do so. The only reason she knew his name was because she had to forward a large parcel to him.

This confirms that not only is this person the guy who "erected the security light", but was apparently working in some kind of organisation.

The # hit the fan when my police friend got back to me though - he told me that the search he ran on this guy's name lead him to a defense organisation. This defense organisation, which is apparently unnamed, had him stationed at RAF St Mawgan, an airbase that is now closing. An airbase that is also rumoured to've been visited by aurora and other weird things. The really strange thing is, the guy across the street moved out just after the word went out about the base being shut down. This was also just after I started making police enquiries.

This whole situation is really weird, so I'm taking a short vacation. The last couple days have been really draining. Apparantly this "deepthroat" scenario isn't over yet, the anonymous contact has told me that he will get in contact with me again.
