I guess my question is how the code came about. If you know what you're doing I think it's pretty easy to understand.
Well, you see, the Hebrew word I posted above
(which is used as 'eyt' in the written out masoretic) is a mysterious word. The tradition is
held that it is somehow akin to our 'the' and functions as 'the definite article' in order to 'announce a noun.' That sounds really logical and
no one seems to have ever questioned it
(at least so far as I have searched for some kind of evidence of said inquiry).
This is the official word from Strong's concordance:
H853
את
'êth
ayth
Apparently contracted from H226 in the demonstrative sense of entity; properly self (but generally used to point out more definitely the object of a
verb or preposition, even or namely): - (As such unrepresented in English.)
and BDB:
H853
את
'êth
BDB Definition:
1) sign of the definite direct object, not translated in English but generally preceding and indicating the accusative
Part of Speech: untranslated particle
A Related Word by BDB/Strong’s Number: apparent contracted from H226 in the demonstrative sense of entity
Same Word by TWOT Number: 186
BUT - after really examining it and some very deep investigation both linguistically
(English and Hebrew both grammar and consistency) and even
studying the wisdom of many Rabbi's, sages, and tzaddiks....I came to see that the accepted explanation makes no sense whatsoever - it is not
consistent nor does it follow any known rule or linguistic logic! It often is placed in a place that can not be construed as 'announcing a noun' in
any fashion! I'm no slouch when it comes to writing and understanding languages - so I knew I could trust my suspicions...
But then what? I threw out all the established nonsense and approached it with a clean mind and sought God for understanding. Now, knowing that
these two letters are the equivalent of alpha and omega in the Greek - and knowing/believing my LORD as He revealed Himself in Revelation and in my
heart - as the 'author and finisher of our faith' - truly the start and end
(which being one in the same is actually saying 'eternity') of
all of creation and life and death and ALL things....which is something that is hidden for the time being from the learned Saints of the Jewish
faith...I realized that their explanations were insufficient by God's design and so maybe there was a reason this 'code' is hidden - many
christians don't pay enough attention to the OT, let alone in the Hebrew form, and yet the OT might be considered the Aleph and the NT the Tav....
I then began to take note of various passages where it popped up - it seemed to signal to the reader that
'this is IMPORTANT right here!' -
and yet the importance was not one of either the Jewish doctrines nor the Christian theologies - but definitely did correspond to the instruction I
have been receiving from the spirit and the spirit alone...
Now, back to the above references to the Lexicon's information: it says that it comes from H226. Which is:
H226
אות
'ôth
oth
Probably from H225 (in the sense of appearing); a signal (literally or figuratively), as a flag, beacon, monument, omen, prodigy, evidence, etc.: -
mark, miracle, (en-) sign, token.
Which is the same two letters with a 'yod'
י inserted in between. Yod means '
the right hand of God.'
And so it became clearly revealed to me that this word is a SIGN - a beacon or a lighthouse as it were....this is the name of our LORD hidden in the
OT - and I must be honest with you and say I don't know how I figured out that it linked the word before it and after it in order to reveal a hidden
underlying story that is truly an undiscovered legitimate 'bible code.' I truly believe God just revealed that to me because as I said, I don't
recall any thought processes to that point. But I am confident in what the LORD guides me in - He has never led me astray even once! (because I do
TRUST Him not to!)
Did you write this out?
OMG - it was actually the hardest work extracting this out of the bible! I used and reused so much HD byte-age getting it into a rough but workable
database form including the translations
(because I had to use both the Hebrew and English and therefore could only use the KJV with Strong's
Numbers) and so it was extremely labor intensive and took a lot of time. That's just 'elbow grease' but obviously was my part in the whole
thing.
It could still probably use much refinement - and one day I will polish it up according to whatever level of increased understanding I am
at, at that time. But for now I just had to take a break from it and also it was time to share it.
I was just wondering what purpose you had in mind while writing it.
Obeying my LORD's request, nothing more. I still don't know the actual purpose - if there is such a thing in the singular universal sense - I think
it is just something we can each take (if we want to) and get a little deeper into knowing God and the hows and whys of the here and now...
I hope that makes sense. I tried to explain what I really can't explain.
