Rivergoddess post about oobe...

Hi,
I read you oobe post yesterday and I have a few questions if you have
some time. I assume you believe in ghosts, is it possible to see those
kind of paranormal things when your experienceing your oobe? When I was
younger I use to be terrorized by some things and I've pretty much
grown out of it, until recently. If it is possible to confront these things
in the oobe I would owe you the world if you could point me in the
right direction on how to get to that level.
