They made a sex tape together while they were married. He's wanting hundreds of thousands of dollars from her in exchange for him not selling the tape to the tabloid tv press.

And this is the guy that claims he wants full custody of the kids. Of course, that would mean that she would have to pay him child support. If that happened I am absolutely sure those poor kids wouldn't see a dime of the money.

The prenup states that Spears owes Federline about $300,000 a year, for half the duration of their marriage. So considering they were married for less than three years, he doesn't have a whole lot coming to him.

I've just read the posts above that are discussing blackmail. Haven't really heard much of that, but a sex tape would do a lot of damage to her career. This guy is literally a joke, I get a sour taste in my mouth every time I hear his name.

He's a dirty back up dancer who scored it big. I don't care who the girl is, you don't drop your girlfriend who is nine months pregnant. Spears should of been better than that too.

She needs to work hard to escape the persona she has created for herself. I don't have anything against dirty, baggy t-shirts and cigarettes, but thanks to K-Fed, her image has been tarnished.

Britney is the just as lame as K-Fed. First...SHE PICKED HIM! Like a lot of young girls (and some guys), they go for looks and charisma and forget to look at the heart. Remember she also had the hots for bad boy Colin Farrell, who loved cussing, drinking, and screwing.

Second...there's plenty of pictures of this girl not knowing how to take care of her kids.

Third...there's a video out with her high as a kite on something and talking nonsense to Kevin.

Is she evil, no. She will probably get a big comeback hit or two and marry some other celebrity before she goes back to her pattern of being a bit of a schmuck.

She still is living off her fame from 5 years ago...it's time to move on.

I don't understand some women anymore and how they choose such obvious losers thinking that they will turn into prince charming. I think the reality is that some of these women have issues with wanting to be "bad" and hanging out with "bad men" so that life has more drama. Federline and his lawyer are trying to clear the air on the speculated sex tape between himself and his wife, Spears.

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- There is no Kevin Federline-Britney Spears sex tape, Federline's lawyer said Tuesday.

Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan issued the statement in response to "reports rampant in the press and media regarding rumors of alleged attempts by Kevin Federline" to sell a purported sex video.

"While this is endemic of countless false and inaccurate stories that have made their way into the media regarding Kevin, his marriage to Britney, and the divorce proceedings which they are presently going through, I want to put this issue to rest once and for all," Kaplan said.

"There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence. It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else," he said.

The couple married in 2004, and Spears, 24, filed for divorce this month. Federline, 28, has counter-filed, seeking custody of their two children.

The guy is still dirt in my opinion. He abandoned his girlfriend who was nine months pregnant with his child to vacation with Spears. She's horrible for permitting it, but he is the one who walked away from his child. Inexcusable in my opinion. The latest saga of the speculated sex tape was just the icing on the cake.

I hope the future holds bright things for her. I would like to see her become a good mother, raise good children, and enjoy a prosperous career for many more years. Allow K-Fed to unplug the microphone, go back to dancing back-up and get him his no-name cigarettes.

You don't have to be 'an item' with your childrens' mother to be a good father. So you think he should have stayed with Britney even if he wasn't happy? That would have been a good example to his children.

I'm no saying he's a good person, but you only know what the papers say, he could be the nicest person in the world for all we know, I doubt it but he could be.
