Just checking this site out and noticed quite a few current eruptions simultaneously.

Is this a normal occurence?. This is not my topic by any means.

i am not an expert on volcanoes, but have a rather large fascination anyway. I think you will find there are always eruptions going on, just it's not often heard about as it takes a big one to get on the news.
