How does TK really work?

Hello folks,
I'm new here but I've got this nagging conflict. You see, I 100% beleive in the powers of the mind. But I have yet to come across anyone with any real hard evidence to suggest that they have these abilities. Most peoples proof is that of psi wheels. Yes they look great as a video but I have successfully turned those myself and I can say that all it is is body heat. Warm updrafts. Why else would the paper need to be folded like a pyramid? To catch warm air. Now alot of people, espcially in the online world, claim to be able to perform Telekinesis. When asked how they do it, they all say the same thing. "Concentrate on the object you want to move. Imagine webs from your fingertips pushing the pencil." Or something to that effect. Now key word, IMAGINE. Your imagination is great but only if you want to daydream or create. Imagination stays in your head. We are trying to accomplish the manipulation of a force from our minds to the physical world. Now that sounds to me like something that takes effort. Also, not one of these people, Insofar as I have come across, has ever mentioned what it feels like. How they feel afterwords. Or any prep work save for the typical "concentrate on the item you want to move." Where are the little details? If you write a college essay and the instructor wants to see an outline, you write the outline but then all the little spaces still have to be filled in. Well what I get for those who can perform TK, is an outline.
CONCENTRATE-
IMAGINE-
MOVE-
It should be:
CONCENTRATE- Elaboration. Detail.
IMAGINE- Elaboration. Detail.
MOVE- Elaboration. Detail.
You know. All those little things.
Anybody got any ideas? Know anything?

Okay, Psiwheels aren't just body heat. They can be, it just depends on how you do it. I have successfully moved a Psiwheel while it was underneath a cup. Now tell me it's just body heat.

As far as actually doing it, the actual muscle work is done my your subcon. you just have to get the message through to it. Imagining the threads of force being there is one method of trying to get the message through. That's what all this visualization stuff is for, letting your Subcon. know what you want it to do.

As far as prep work is concerned, meditation can be helpful, but I prefer not to because meditiating just feels weird to me. The only form of prep work I do sometimes is gathering the Psi needed and letting it flow in circles around my body. It feels odd, but I have come to enjoy the feeling.

When I accomplish TK, I feel the Psi running through my fingers and affecting the object I want it to. These objects aren't really that big usually, as I am more tilted towards the Perception side of things.

Psi feels different to everyone, because Psi is a thing that is affected by our perception of it. To me it sort of feels like cold water, but to some people it feels like an electric shock.

A great way to get started in TK or any kind of Psi activity is learning to communicate with your Subconcious.
Once you learn how to do that, you'll have an easier time of learning things of a Psionic relation, and you'll also benefit in many aspects of your life.

Underneath a cup? Do you mean a big glass? Heat can still be transferred through that. Cold water? What did it feel like in your head? Did it feel like a certain part of the brain was being excercised? See this is what I mean. Your explanation was more than most speak of but I am asking for every little detail. I know it seems tedious but I feel like I am being tol- It's like explaining a dream. Most of us dont tell about the shades of green a tree might have or the amount of ducks in a pond that there were. If you are teaching someone to do bicep curls, you explain that as the weight is lifted the whole arm tenses. Not just the bicep.

"The only form of prep work I do sometimes is gathering the Psi needed and letting it flow in circles around my body." What does this mean, gathering. Where are you gathering it from. THe air. Objects around you. Yourself?

Well, it feels like its coming from myself. And, I should probably rephrase the original statement. It doesn't feel like gathering now that I come to think of it, it feels more like it's "waking up". Like its always been there, I'm just setting it into motion.

And, yes, when I do TK successfully I get the cold water feeling in my head as well. It seems to be the outer ring of my brain that gets most of the feeling.

By the way, I moved the Psiwheel under a clear, plastic cup, and I kept my hands a good 1 and 1/2 foot away from the plastic.

Anymore questions, or do you need me to be more specific again?

Even in your second response where you are "more specific" you do nothing but what the author of the original post said people online do: claim they can.

Where is the proof that you managed to move this object, where is the video of you doing so? As far as I am concerned in all matters relating to "powers of the brain" which can affect physical objects visably...there should be videotaped proof of this happening.

Anyone can have psi powers...on the internet.

Sorry, moving things is not my forte' and, as such, it doesn't work quite as frequently as I'd like it to. Not to mention, even if I had a video camera, I'd have no idea on how to upload it.

However, if you want videos I can give you that. While none of them are of me, they are videos of TK.

Here is one of my favorites, mainly because I think the guy is funny.

Lucky. I have to work at it, but YOU can do it just by watching a VIDEO.
Just kidding, and I should have known something like this would happen. Sometimes all the mind needs is to see someone else doing it, and I guess I filled that requirement for you.

I have to ask you, can you levitate things? Or is it just moving things across a surface?

Well, whatever it is have fun with it. Levitating things in the middle of class and scaring your peers is not nessisarily a good thing to do, though it may be entertaining.

Good job and keep up the good work.

no i am not up to the stage of actually levitating things but im getting there. this morning i tried practicing but it didnt work for some reason, although i was eager to do it this morning while putting my clothes on after a shower, maybe thats why, i was just thinking about it continuosly, but im going to move on to a pencil. i will do levitating soon, as that will be very fun amazing people in my classes.

The video of the kid with the card. It looked pretty good. 2 questions: Why do you suppose he spun it alot? And next, There seened to be times when he had trouble grabbing it. Like maybe he didn't have control. What do you think?

Too bad for me. This just in. Everyone look up the "Hummer card trick" YOu can even wikipedia it. So dissappointing. But this doesn't mean it ain't possible.
I knew there were too many people doing this and not enough fanfare about it.

You sure about that? He did put the card in a loop around his arm, which would have negated the string from pretty much anywhere.
I watched the video again, looking for a set up and stuff and I did find the place where he scratched his right ear. This could have been the placement of the string but afterwards he should have broken it several times and I didn't see him reach for his ear again.

Maybe his ear was just itchy?

Oh well, I'll have to look over it a few times more and try to figure it out.
Did you check out the other video?

As to him not having control in some instances, I suppose he could have lost concentration and it slid out of hs grasp a little. Assuming it wasn't the Hummingbird anyway.

EDIT: I suppose the other video could be magnets.

So is TK all concentrating on one thing really hard or is there more stuff like mental preperation and basically "Leveling up" to certain things?

And if my understanding of the phrase is correct, I can Lucid dream, apparently. and I like it.
