that comes down the the representative structure of the democracy I guess. You vote for a government, who you give authority to make decisions on your behalf... so in one sense, they supported it..

If this thread was talking about making pink bunnies or what causes coffee to go bad, then I would not have a problem at all. The OP didn't contain choices, varieties or options to the 'Parasite'. It talks about the parasite only. That it exists, and that it destroys nations. That's all. If I came upon a 'truth' that serious, I would tell all I knew, not play a silly game of 'guess what's coming to destroy you and your country'.

When the opening replies came back as 'tell us what the parasite is', MM took the direction of this thread to where it is now. And that is, he knows better, won't tell anybody. These kind of threads are gross.

It belongs in a blog. It's not even BTS worthy.

While I've been posting on this thread my parasitical ways and financial sorcery resulted in another very tidy sum finding it's way out of the collective American pocket, and into mine back in Blighty... sorry!

re: the fed, take a look at the link I posted earlier.. it covers a few of those issues pretty well.

As for the danger of private banks running the US into the ground, that threat may have existed in the early days, but things move on. I'm not saying there's no threats, but I do think you are looking in the wrong direction....

e.g. one thing nobody here's mentioned yet is the hedge fund industry. Based largely in London, it avoids the regulations that encumber US investors and institutions, and is now so big, and exerts such financial leverage, that they COULD bring the US to it's knees... Ever heard of the credit derivatives bubble? If you're investigating how big money and corruption have the power to bring down nations and economies, this may be a fruitful place to look..

MM wrote up a cryptic post then decided where to take the thread after some replies.

Some posts should have certain things said so you know what you are about to take your time to read. IMO this was not one of them. This is definitely one of the more enjoyable threads I've been involved in and I have to ask nextguyinline just like I asked Rock.. what about this thread got under your skin.. REALLY?

This 'what about' might shed some light on the very parasite we are trying to quantize here.

Fun, sure.. for BTS maybe.. he did not intend a serious discussion at all.. of course folks like you where baited in and are enjoying the guess work, which is fine.. but the poster has some serious problems if he created a thread to give you an endless 'guess whats wrong with America'. what is 'under my skin' is I don't like people like that. .. in fact my answer would be people themselves. We are ignorant and stupid with very short attention spans. Voting was fun at first, then it was a norm, after a few generations it meant nothing, it is nothing more then an optional obligation which on average only 45-55% of the population even votes. So what happened to the democracy? Those who did care about power will attain it and consolidate it and that's how we are where we are.

Oh, and the magical elders didn't even have to tell me that, because it is an opinion based on what I see and what I think.. of coruse you will never be told what the magical elders told you because this is not a serious discussion.. it's 'guess the mushrooms opinions!'

As far as participating in this thread, I was hoping for disclosure from MM. But with posters to speak for MM, I'm sure I'll be waiting a long time. Now I'm just trying to expose the thread for what it is. Or shall I say what I BELIEVE it to be.

That's a grave generalization.. governement does NOT have ALL authority to make decisions on our behalf regardless of whether we voted them in or not. Any decision our government makes on 'our behalf' is supposed to be based on our Constituion and Bill of Rights and the checks and balances that are supposed to keep it safe.

Well, like Bush said about our Constituion after taking an oath to defend it:

"It's just a goddamned piece of paper"

The checks and balances that are supposed to keep this "legislation from the bench/oval office" is slowly being eroded by the 'parasite'.



Just because we voted in a government does not mean that the 16th amendment was properly and legally ratified. The 'people' that were voted in at the time 'made sure' the "16th amendment" was put into 'power' right under the nose of the American people who probably didn't realize (and still dont) what was coming into play.

I ask again.. Did the American people really have the chance to 'legally vote' on having the fed print money for them?

Please answer that.

My best answer to that, I've already given... i.e that's how representative democracies work. we as a people don't make all the choices. We elect people to do it for us. For the democracy to function well, we must watch our elected representatives, and make sure they do indeed act in our interest.. and unfortunately, that's where apathy usually comes in..

Excuse me for few moments, I've found the parasite and am commencing removing it.

Well I feel better now. The countries safe. I've removed the parasite and placed it in a cryogenic chamber. I will be displaying it this spring in a world wide tour that I think I'm going to call "Stopping nation killers with tweezers" it's gonna be a hit. It'll cost you 20 dollars American to see it though. Oh and by the way, don't ask me what it is when you come. Because I can't tell you. But be assured, it is the nation killing parasite, and I stopped it.!

Read the first quote in my signature, and you will see that I don't think to know anything.

What I do know, is I have the nation killing parasite here in my lap, it it's chamber. It looks awfully friendly and peaceful in it's jar. But a few here know what's it's capable of. I sure hope I can contain it till the spring. Hate to have this sucker back out there.
