Glory had nothing to do with what was said and shown. When you use the pronoun 'I', you are'nt aknowledging anyone but 'You'.

Most certainly all parents teach there children by fear and love..not just on love alone.

And god is the parent of every person here on earth..small and great, free and slave ,mighty and weak.

Sometimes you need to show people the consequence of there actions before they will start making bettter ones..

..perferct example the garden of eden.

God told them nicely not to eat from the tree..but they didint listen to his loving words of wisdom...so when they ate from the tree they made god angry..and then they started to fear god..and from that point on they realized they better fear god..because he is not a joke..and you shouldnt take his kindness/love for weakness.

And there are many scriptures in the bible which say to fear god..and if im telling you god is a fearsome e.t why shouldnt you be afraid.

do you have the powers he does..the answer is no..so you should fear him or else die.

Its you choice..you can go on all day about pure energy of love and all that stuff.but when it comes down to it...it wont be like you have thought it will be.

God is not called the almighty for no good reason.

We are dealing with universal super powers..unmatched by man.

Even jesus gave glory to the father..and the father is revengful and a angry jealous god...and has every right to be that way.

i love how the garden of eden has been coming up throughout these posts. such a strong analogy. has anyone ever agreed with the idea that the apple was a type of drug. many psychotropic drugs give you the "knowledge of god" or "to know what god knows". any thoughts on this. other than drugs are bad mkay.

Wow- well put! You know what I find to be the most ironic part of this guy's method? By not giving other people their viewpoints and slamming all opposition regardless if it makes sense or not- and not answering the tough questions, he's creating a war scenario. If this guy is the "son of man" shouldn't he first focus on how to correctly converse with people in order cease hostility? I mean, his idea is peace through God's love correct? Alot of people fear the cops..but when your in trouble arnt they the people you turn to for help.

Well the fallen angels revolted against god and were no longer allowed to stay in the kingdom of heaven.

They only became fallen after they rebelled...before then they were holy.

Dont you think most of the bible was written in parables? If so then wouldnt hell be parable? The idea of fallen angels, and saten also a parable, and how do you tell which is a parable and which is not?

Did not a large part of the bible become re-written by the R.C.C. over time to fit the churches agenda? Why did the library of Alexandria get destroyed and what was the knowledge the church feared? Why has the church hidden and destroyed so much knowledge, and dont you feel that all knowledge is good, of do you feel we should have some hidden from us because we are like children?

I'd just like to clear up a minor point: it's the book of Revelation (singular) and that book states quite clearly that the "revelation" is "of Jesus Christ". Christ is what is being revealed-not secret end-time eschatology. It also says it's a book of "signs" (things that signify). They're not literal doctrine. They're signs/significations. (is significations a word?)
Also an anagram was given that I'd like to counter. N.E.R.D. was given as "no one ever really dies". How about "nonsense exists regarding death"?

you're correct about this statement but i'd have to say god speaks one word and it means everything literal and non literal. that's because god is complete, and without being both his word would not be "all".
