I don't think this has been posted yet, but it's well worth a look. The germans know a thing or two about over ambitious adminstrations, and the interviewee, Andreas Von Bulow, served two years as Defence minster, as well as on the German intelligence oversight panel... a qualified opinion I'd say.

I'm only part way through it myself, so I'll add further comments after I've watched it properly.

Interview with Andreas Von Bulow

edit : for more accurate title.

He says since he dealt with secret service he knows how they put an enemy in the public mind. He with out a doubt believes the US was behind 911 and he is pretty credible. Nice find I say.

I like how he says, "Nobody knows what the Bush admin will do in the next week, because they are getting weaker and weaker."

Oh this is great... about the NWO. 33 minutes in.

"I think there is bipartisan situation in the U.S. to use the Soviet Union break... They are carving a new situation... they want to get the control of the oil fields... its an American order... we have to sacrifice the oil dollar for a new American century... we need more military defense... unless we get a cataclysmic event... this is 911... they said we need a new pearl harbor." (to sum it up)

Great find!

As I understand it, he is a bit of an anti-American crank from the socialist party.

Von Buelow: With the help of the horrifying attacks, the Western mass democracies were subjected to brainwashing. The enemy image of anti-communism doesn't work any more; it is to be replaced by peoples of Islamic belief. They are accused of having given birth to suicidal terrorism.

Q: Brainwashing? That's a tough term.

Von Buelow: Yes? But the idea of the enemy image doesn't come from me. It comes from Zbigniew Brzezinski and Samuel Huntington, two policy-makers of American intelligence and foreign policy. Already in the middle of he 1990s, Huntingon believed, people in Europe and the U.S. needed someone they could hate--this would strengthen their identification with their own society. And Brzezinski, the mad dog, as adviser to President Jimmy Carter, campaigned for the exclusive right of the U.S. to seize all the raw materials of the world, especially oil and gas.

Oh, yeah, that evil Jimmy Carter.

Is it not just a tad disingenuous for the 9/11 conspiracy theorists to keep passing this nutter off as a "German defense minister"? He's no such thing - he served as state-secretary in the German Federal Ministry of Defence (1976-1980) and Minister for Research and Technology (1980-1982). In the late eighties and early nineties, he served on the parliamentary committee on intelligence services.

He was a career politician and not at all the "defense minister" he's been passed off as.

my mistake, and untinentional. Two jobs seem to have been roled into one there.. Still, as State Secretary of Defence, and also Minister of Research and Technology, and a member of the overviewing board of the german secret services, he's probably rather more qualified then than most to comment. As for being a career politician... most politicians are!

The video is all just his opinion of course. I don't know anything about the guy, and have an open mind on the whole 911 thing since I've not seen any really convincing evidence one way or the other, but though the video would be of interest to some.

You made your point but now you suggest that everything he has said should be dismissed out of hand now? Where is your argument for or against what has been said here.

Yeah, thats the deal breaker there, a German minister thinks he knows what happened. I wonder if the Zimbawbae health minister knows the truth about the peanut butter scare.............

I think his past jobs still gives him credit to be listened to. Who are we to ignore when stuff like this comes out? We're only hurting ourselves if we ignore all the questions about 9/11
