A little wacky, true, but terrorism? I mean, i guess he was instilling terror but still.Does that mean, Bank Robbers could be labeled terrorists for instilling terror in the bank tellers. Or murderers shipped to guantanamo to be tortured. I think this is very telling of the direction we are headed.

I doubt he was charged with the usual definition of terrorism. Its much more likely that he was charged with terroristic threatening, which is the threat to do someone serious bodily harm. It shares a similar name, but its not the same charge, and has been around for quite a while.
