It appears Donald Rumsfeld won't be stepping down any time soon.

You most certainly did miss it if you don't own a car and if you live in a place where cars run on water.

Of course I own a car. That has nothing to do with any October Surprise. When they spoke of the October Surprise they acted like it was something hugh. The gas has nothing to do with it.
