Details of the VTRPE project...

This is the "secret" gov't radar project that some CTists say is a reason behind chemtrail spraying.

According to this naval builder.nrl.navy.mil...&hl=en&gl=us&ct=clnk&cd=3" target="_blank" class="postlink">s ource, it allows users to recreate an extrememly accurate 3D rendering of a segment of a battlefield for use by fighter pilots in training.

Amazingly, it can be run on a desktop!

I am shocked nobodys replied but its an obscure trip ive just now run across in conection with the roaring heard world wide.....
Aparently they may be related according to you tube guy here....(www.youtube.com...)
I am digging deeper if i can and may return with more for you....
