The formula that proves telekenesis?!

Can this formula prove the existence of the paranormal in the confines of Quantum physics?

This scientist seems to think it's possible.

But he does bring a valid point: If one's mind can influence the decision-making process of another person, then those controlling thoughts travel faster than the speed of light -- violating physics itself.
