Downloading the ATS podcasts to computer?

How do i DL the podcasts so i can listen to them on my portable MP3 player?

Go to the page that has the one you want to listen to, say this one, and right click the bolded section: 'file: atsspod_1950.mp3,' selecting 'Save Target/Link As'

Firefox uses the Link, BTW.
I find all that iTunes auto-downloading stuff a bit intimidating for my somewhat underdeveloped brain, so that's my way
