what gang stalking represents today is a shift in the moral consciousness of people living in advanced industrialized countries due to the
transformations of community, transformations that have come about by shifts within communications, shifts that have been made possible by technological
advances and new technologies.
community is morphing beyond the physical and geographical strictures that have always defined and contoured community. This change has been an
ongoing one for some time, but today, as medias consolidate into single devices for multipurposes, and the individual is taken away from day to day
face to face contact to one extent or another, though more so than ever before, we see a social consciousness that is mutating conceptual
perspectives on ethichs, accountablilty, and rule of law.
Today, money talks within the covertworld of these gang stalkers, well connected through smaller communication devices, people are able to rewrite
moral codes based on pleasures of an incidious hurtful nature, deception, and cruelty.
Gone are the presence of others. In gang stalking, one individual can be part of this secret reality, connected to others in a community based on lies
and technologies, yet slip in and out of such a reality, join others in his or her family, work place, or other.
Another dimention is the reality that is created by gang stalking for the individual target.
Overall we have rule of law simply a hovering decor in our society, and a moral consciouness that is folding in onto itself.
