its starting to appear as though this test happened and that it was successful.

Which way is this going to go? Off to the UN debating society for a few months of "talks", or will somebody put their foot down and administer NK a firm slap on the wrist.

One part of me thinks nothing major will come of this, another part thinks this could light the touch-paper. Guess all we can do is monitor the situation and keep our fingers crossed

A South Korean official said that there had been a grave change in the security situation on the peninsula.

Officials in South Korea have been quoted as saying that an explosion was detected in north Hamgyong province in North Korea.

If It is indeed true,
it is going to make the Iranian nuclear issue 10x harder to resolve.

We cant pick and chose who to bomb, especially when they are BOTH part of the axis....

Nkorea has had these weapons for some time now... why wait so long to test?

Could this of been an Iranian bomb? tested by the koreans for the iranians?

I believe that this was an underground test, and not a nuclear tipped missile.
