German lawyer takes on alien abduction cases.

A german lawyer will take on cases where people claim to have been abducted by aliens. According to german law, kidnap victims can claim compensation from the state.

A German lawyer is hoping to attract more business by pursuing compensation claims for people who believe they have been abducted by aliens.

"There's quite obviously demand for legal advice here", Jens Lorek said on Thursday.

"The trouble is, people are afraid of making fools of themselves in court".

Lorek, a lawyer based in the eastern city of Dresden who specialises in social and labour law, said he hoped to get more clients by taking on the unusual work.

He has yet to win any abduction claims, but says there are plenty of potential clients, noting that extra-terrestrial watchdogs report hundreds of alien assaults every year.

Well fair play and good luck to this guy i say!

Personally i reckon he'll have a hard time getting compensation for alleged abductees, but if he's willing to try then i thing thats cool. It must be hard for people who genuinely believe they were abducted to be taken seriously.

I knew them aliens would start costing us tax money somewhere down the line. One thing is certain - first case that ever succeeds will increase the number of abduction victims amazingly. I seriously doubt it that the subject of aliens visiting the Earth would become an official reality through a court case brought forth by a lawyer "hoping to attract more business". The day a Government pays compensation to the trauma inflicted by aliens to its people is the day a government openly states that aliens are visiting us, no?

this was also published in our biggest national newspaper known as the " BILD-Zeitung "

he basically says, that he takes the alien abduction problem very serious and really cares about the increasing number of people in germany, who claim to have been abducted by people from outside this world. but that's not the only thing about the alien / ufo topic which is covered in this newspaper. there are news about NASA, Space and Extraterrestial Stuff on the last page of the newspaper, approximately every 1-2 days.
that's the only positive thing about the " BILD ", because all the rest is just disinformation and stories about the life of celebrities for stupid people, if u ask me...

And then will that be the german goverment basically admitting there are such things as alien beings if they change the law to exclude this?

I apologize for posting again so soon but in consequence of this thread I just start wondering what would happen if it did become an official government supported reality that their citizens are being abducted and experimented on.

1- Taking aside the points of view that claim Governments are in on it (just for a second) what a headache would it be to acknwledge it? I mean measures would have to be taken - these aliens would have to be contacted/found (wich by itself would be extremely difficult if not impossible) and would definitely need to be stopped. And that's where it gets ugly - what if Alien does not stop? What if they are simply interested in testing and experimnting and abducting and aren't even interested in contacting with us? Then said Government has a situation where its citizens are being harmed by a higher power and there's no real way of protecting them.

2- And if said Governments are in on it then what would they do? First they'd run for their lives because the population might be a little upset at the fact they were being offered as labrats to these aliens by those who had vowed to protect them. And then... aliens would probably still not care about it and continue to abduct and experiment since if the abduction cases are really true one thing is sure - them aliens would be hard (impossible) to stop.

So it kind of got me thinking - in both cases and should the reality of alien abduction truly exist in the way that is presented to us there's probably not one single polititian in the world that wants anything to do with that issue.

it's being preached on numerous sites that aliens and UFOs originated from Nazism and so it's vital that German professionals try to get to the bottom of what's going on around the world. Their national security is at stake. Whitley Striebers movie about grays is going to hit the screen and he claims Nazis brought the grays to our world. So it's in Germany's interest to show they are working at a high level to discover the real truth.
